At OldTribes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items in their original packaging.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
